Engineer Commissioning Rotary Equipment – ZCINA Project, Algeria 
Duration : 1 Year ( Extendable) 
BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Full time course) 
Min. 10-15 years’ experience in Rotary centrifugal compressors. 

• Should have experience of commissioning & operation of Rotary centrifugal compressors. 
• Should have experience of commissioning of Gas Turbines 
• Should have knowledge of compressor’s seal gas system, Lube oil system. 
• Have experience in Lube oil flushing activity with 3rd party contractor. 
• Experience in chemical cleaning is optional but not mandatory. 
• Experience in taking part of HAZOP study of Compressors. 
• Review detailed design specifications and drawings submitted by vendor for compliance with Design Basis, Specifications, Codes, Standards and Industry Practices; 
• Provide Static / rotating equipment technical support to Project in various phases of the Project lifecycle. 
• System walk-downs to identify mechanical punch-list items 
• Project technical support and familiarity with risk assessments, design reviews, constructability and HAZOPs 
• Review / comment of vendor documentation 
• Manage vendors in conjunction with procurement engineer for making vendor mobilization plan. 
• Liaise with multi-discipline project team, client, PMC and vendors 
• Coach / mentor less experienced engineers 
• Perform all assigned work to agreed standards for safety, health environment and demonstrate a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) performance 
• Participate in and advice on all design activities and initiatives, including provision of training, inductions and documentation review 
• Verify that all designs are to required standards and that the objectives of the project are met 
• Verify that the works is completed to the agreed schedule
