Natural Resources seeking a SENIOR SUPERVISOR, ACADEMIC LOCAL AFFAIRS based in Qatar working in our client’s Learning & Development Depart to recruit qualified Nationals & coordinate arrangements for their development through Academic Programs provided by local universities, leading to the active participation of Nationals in the Energy & Industry sector workforce. Carry out the academic performance management activities for employees and trainees studying Academic Programs at local universities to ensure the maintenance of academic performance standards.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
• Post graduate qualification in Education is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (written and oral).
• A minimum 6 years relevant experience in
o Identifying and analysing local University Programs including entry requirements.
o Drafting proposals, agreements, Information documents, and Promotional materials.
o Developing and executing Policies, Processes and Procedures.
o Conducting student performance assessments and reviews.
o Coaching, mentoring and guiding students.
o Drafting Budget Plans.
o Delivering presentations to different target groups (Internal & External)
